RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Twenty-four students were arrested at two separate high schools during morning classes on Dec. 9 as part of a raid on an alleged drug ring.
Seven of the students allegedly had switchblade knives, marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy or hydrocodone at the time of their arrest, the Los Angeles Times reports. The students attend Vista De Lago High School in Moreno Valley and Elsinore High School in Wildomar.
The students were taken to Juvenile Hall in Riverside.
