2 Dozen Hospitalized During Rave on College Property

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Approximately two dozen people were hospitalized during a rave party hosted by Dayglow at Lehigh University’s Rausch Field House on Dec. 3.

Campus police have not disclosed the reasons attendees were hospitalized, but the event has been the scene of drug-related arrests and hospitalizations in other cities, the Leigh Valley News reports. During another event hosted by Dayglow in September, 15 people were hospitalized for overdoses in Syracuse, N.Y., and in April, 29 partygoers were sent to the hospital in Massachusetts.

A school spokesperson confirmed that more than 4,200 people attended the event, and that the school leases out the Stabler Arena complex for outside events.
