1 Dead, 3 Injured in Fraternity Blaze

LINCOLN, Neb. – A fire at a fraternity house has killed one member and injured three others.

The fire started early in the morning Nov. 17 at Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Phi Kappa Tau house. At the time of the blaze, nearly 40 people were in the building.

The three injured members are in critical condition. Two of the injured have been identified as David Spittler, 20, and Travis Mann, 22. The identities of the deceased student and the other injured member have not been released.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
