Based in Westlake Village, Calif., Novation Wireless Security Systems announces the Wireless Access Control Systems. According to the company, this product reduces installation time and equipment costs. The wireless locking systems provide the same real-time capabilities as hard wired systems at a fraction of the price.
Novation’s locksets are self-contained, battery operated and extremely easy to install, typically requiring less than 15 minutes per door. Locksets read standard proximity cards with or without a PIN.
Going wireless eliminates the need for pulling data and power cable. The Novation system is perfect for new construction and for applications requiring retrofitting.
