Here are photos of Texas Tech’s newly renovated emergency operations center. Previously, the room was used as an old shooting range at the Texas Tech Police Department.
In the case of an emergency situation, the EOC is activated and the president’s administrative cabinet and other authorized personnel make their way to the EOC.
