Hurricane Dorian preparation meeting with school district leadership and school police. Palm Beach County School District, in conjunction with Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center, utilized nine schools as shelters during Hurricane Dorian. All shelters were overseen by a cadre of school police officers.
