Illuminator Projects Light As Far As 660 Feet

Videolarm of Decatur, Ga., releases the IR200-36 infrared (IR) illuminator, an adjustable IR illuminator for night video surveillance.

The IR200-36 provides superior nighttime and low-light video surveillance, illuminating distances from 100 feet to 660 feet, according to the company. With the product’s patent-pending adjustment mechanism, the projecting beam angle can be manually adjusted from 30o, 45o and 60o using any flathead screwdriver. Additionally, the adjustable IR power setting reduces hot spots and washouts associated with the combination of day/night surveillance cameras.
