Many schools around the country are developing their lethal threat response plan in an unrealistic way. They are not using the research, data and empirical evidence from actual shooting events that scream at us as to how we should be training our students, staff and parents.

Jesus will address some of the many realistic considerations that viewers should examine in developing a response plan that will increase the survival rate should such an incident occur at your school.

The focus of this brief webinar will be why you should focus on enhancing your plan in ways that save lives before and during the event so that less victimization occurs.
