Mark Edson became a law enforcement officer in 1994 and began his school safety career as a School Resource Officer in 2013. Edson has worked with the response and recovery of a number of high-profile school safety events including the Columbine High School, Arapahoe High School, and STEM school shootings.

Terrell Baker is a decorated military veteran who served in the United States Navy for 20 years where he managed law enforcement, physical security, and force protection. Baker holds advanced degrees in security and has a certification in cyber security threat detection.
