Congratulations to Val Verde USD Chief of Police Mark Clark for being one of this year’s Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.
Here are some of his notable achievements:
- Implemented professional work attire for employees
- Provided staff with wide variety of safety equipment, including duty belts, flashlights, handcuffs and mini trauma kits
- Improved access control and visitor management by working towards making campuses keyless and updating school front lobbies
