Spotlight on Higher Education/Healthcare Campus Safety Director of the Year Finalist Ethan Johnson

Congratulations to Ethan Johnson, Chief of Police at Coastal Pines Technical College, for being named one of this year’s higher education and healthcare Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.

Some of his notable achievements include:

  • Quadrupled the number of officers in his department.
  • Developed a total of 25 Memorandums of Agreement with state and local law enforcement agencies for resource sharing.
  • Purchased new uniforms, bulletproof vests, duty gear, ammunition, records management system, and upgraded service weapons.
