D.H. Pace, a provider of door and door-related products and services to the residential and commercial markets, has acquired Boston-based Pasek Corp. for undisclosed terms.
Established 1876, Pasek Corp. has earned a reputation for expertise in mechanical locking hardware and key systems. The company is said to have developed strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers of electronic access control systems and video surveillance systems.
The combined businesses will have roughly 3,000 employees working from more than 50 offices in 22 states, dedicated to delivering a complete range of security systems, door and door-related products and services for the complete building lifecycle.
Pasek will continue to operate under its current management team and tradename, continuing its 143-year tradition of delivering excellent service to its customers and providing best-in-class solutions throughout the New England region, according to an announcement.
