The V700 series of dome cameras by Vicon Industries Inc. of Hauppauge, N.Y., are available in indoor and outdoor housings with color, day/night and IR camera modules.
The series, which offers 560 TVL resolution, provides digital noise reduction, improving image quality in low-light and providing a better compression ratio that decreases storage requirements, the company says.
A joystick-controlled, on-screen menu system replaces the previous DIP switches and allows users to customize camera performance based on a wide range of variables.
