Sorority House Fire Causes $1M In Damage

BOULDER, Colo. — A fire at the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at the University of Colorado, Boulder campus caused approximately $1 million in damages.

The attic of the house was the primary burn area, as it is not covered by a sprinkler system, 9 News reports. The house also has significant water damage.

Only the “house mom” was present at the time of the fire.
