Overall, 95 percent of participants expressed confidence that their home institutions
have sufficient plans for special events and resource coordination. Respondents cited well-established and distributed plans, policies, and procedures as reasons for their confidence.

But this category is ranked fourth because 58 percent of institutions cited moderate challenges, including a need to
engage students and student groups earlier in the event planning process.
