During the arraignment for a suspect in the May shooting at a Harvard University residence hall, where a 21-year-old man lost his life, prosecutors identified the person they say is responsible for the shooting, according to the Boston Globe.

Prosecutors named 20-year-old Jabrai Jordan Copney as Justin Cosby’s shooter.

In addition to Copney, prosecutors named Jason Aquino, 23, and Blayn Jiggetts, 19, as accomplices in the murder. Aquino pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, accessory after the fact of murder, armed robbery and possession of a firearm. He is being held without bail.

Currently, Jiggetts is being held in New York City as he fights extradition to Massachusetts.

On May 19, the three men left New York came to the Cambridge campus. In what investigators are calling a drug rip-off gone bad, the three alleged assailants were armed with a 9mm handgun and went after Cosby in the basement of Kirkland House.

Prosecutors say Jiggetts handed the weapon to Copney, who struggled with the victim before shooting him. Cosby then stumbled out of the building and collapsed in the street. He was taken to a hospital before he died, according to the Globe.

Police believe the trio then fled to Lowell House, where they hid the weapon before returning to New York City.

Neither the victim nor the three suspects were students at the university.

Copney has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. He is being held without bail.
