LOS ANGELES – Authorities say Paul Meyer, 20, attempted to strangle and rape an 18-year-old female classmate during a fraternity party early Friday morning.
He was the Brownsburg High School (Indiana) valedictorian in 2011, reports RTV6.
Meyer has been charged with assault with intent to commit rape.
