Penn State Suspends Fraternity Parties

Penn State officials are requesting that all of its fraternities suspend their parties and social events until Oct. 2, according to WJACTV.com.

The request comes after Freshman Joseph Dado was found dead on campus Sept. 21. Authorities believe he fell about 15 feet down a flight of stairs. The last time Dado, 18, was seen alive was at a fraternity party a day earlier. Tests are being run to determine if Dado had consumed alcohol.
