Pa. Man On Bath Salts Assaults Trooper

ANNVILLE, Pa. — A police stun gun had “little to no effect” on a Pennsylvania man who reportedly was under the influence of bath salts when he assaulted a state trooper.

Gary Eugene Harris, 35, was arrested early Sunday at a South Annville Township home around 1:44 a.m. after a woman reported that he was acting erratic and boisterous and that his behavior was scaring her, the Patriot-News reports.
