LOGAN, Utah — A police officer claims that after he secured a drunk and unconscious man in an exam room at Logan Regional Medical Center, he returned to the room and found a male medical staffer performing oral sex on the still-unconscious suspect.
Police arrested the alleged victim on Jan. 20 because he was intoxicated and reportedly refusing to leave a residence, The Salt Lake Tribune reports. He passed out in the back seat of the police cruiser and the officers transported him to the hospital.
The officer who witnessed the hospital worker performing oral sex on the unconscious suspect contacted hospital security. Hal Lavaun Weston was detained, questioned by detectives and arrested.
