PORTLAND, Ore. — A pediatric intensive care nurse at Oregon Health & Science University Doernbecher Children’s Hospital was arrested Feb. 16 on child pornography charges.
Bryan Whitney Corbitt was taken into custody after a long-term investigation, The Oregonian reports. Police traced Corbitt’s screen name, “Kidluver,” which was linked to the sharing of child porn through peer-to-peer software.
Police alerted the university on Feb. 1, and officials put Corbitt on unpaid administrative leave the same day.
