A man facing criminal charges for allegedly threatening to blow up a local hospital was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Beasley Allen Terrebonne was found near the Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and Nicholls State University on Dec. 23.

The threat against the Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital was allegedly made over a dispute stemming from a medical procedure Terrebonne underwent three years ago, according to Houma Today. The hospital allegedly botched a circumcision performed on Terrebonne.

Terrebonne had wanted to sue the hospital for malpractice but was unable to find lawyer to represent him.
