BEIJING — A “mentally deranged” man armed with a knife attacked a group of students at Chenpeng Village Primary School Thursday.

Police have detained Min Yingjun, 36, who entered the campus and stabbed 22 students. Prior to the incident, the suspect had broken into the home, which is located next to the school, of an 85-year-old woman and attacked her, reports.
