Man Arrested for Recording Women in Hospital Restroom

ELMHURST, Ill. — A man faces a felony charge of unlawful videotaping for allegedly recording women using a restroom at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital with his mobile phone.

Authorities said 49-year-old Salvador Perez positioned his cell phone under a sink of a unisex bathroom at the hospital to record the toilet area, the Daily Herald reports. A woman using the restroom discovered the phone when it fell from beneath the sink and immediately contacted police.
