HARLEM, N.Y. — Police arrested a man for sexually assaulting a female patient at Harlem Hospital while she was asleep.
The 45-year-old woman was being treated for an injured foot on Friday when Tyrone Brown, 49, entered into her room and allegedly assaulted the woman. When she was startled awake, Brown, who was being treated at the hospital for an unknown injury, reportedly urinated on her, NBC New York reports.
Brown faces a charge of criminal sex act, which is a felony.
