Kent State Student Accused of Tweeting Shooting Threat

CLEVELAND — A 19-year-old Kent State University student accused of posting to Twitter that he planned to “shoot up” the campus was arrested Sunday.

William Koberna was charged with inducing panic — a felony — and aggravated menacing, the Associated Press reports. He also faces hearing that could result in his suspension or expulsion from the university.
