Football Facility Fire Causes $500K In Damage

TORONTO — A fire at the Toronto Argonauts practice facility at the University of Toronto Mississauga campus on Dec. 24 has caused extensive damage.

Eight connected portable complexes were affected by the blaze, the National Post reports. Twelve fire trucks were required to put out the fire, but no one was injured.

In a report released Dec. 25, the cost of damages was estimated at more than $500,000.
