A female Texas teacher has been charged after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl at her school. The teacher faces three counts of sexual assault and three counts related to an improper relationship between student and educator.
The sexual encounters between the 39-year-old teacher and teenager occurred from September to November of 2008, according to KFDM News.
If convicted, the teacher could face up to 20 years in prison for each of the six charges.
