KENNESAW, Ga. – A former North Cobb High School student, who opened fire at a FedEx facility earlier this year, had plans to attack his high school.

Geddy Kramer, 19, opened fire in a FedEx warehouse here on April 29, shooting six people. Afterwards, he fatally shot himself. All six victims survived the shooting, Marietta Daily Journal reports.

After examining Kramer’s personal belongings, investigators discovered that the teen had considered an active shooter type of event at North Cobb High School.

Once authorities found out about the plans, they immediately contacted school police, even though Kramer had already committed suicide.

Cobb Schools interim Superintendent Chris Ragsdale then privately notified the school board while the investigation was underway.

In a letter found in his car, Kramer wrote that he suffered from mental instability and depression and described himself as a sociopath.
