DAVIDSON, N.C. — Starting in January, a new police chief will lead Davidson College’s campus police department.
Effective Jan. 6, Todd Sigler will serve as campus police chief. The college has been without a police chief since 2012 when former chief Adrienne Murray stepped down, DavidsonNews.net reports.
Prior to joining the Davidson College team, Sigler worked for the department of public safety at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for 24 years. During his tenure, he served as director and chief for seven years.
