Crime Stopper Program Launched in N.J. Schools

UNION COUNTY, N.J. — Union County Crime Stoppers launched its Campus Crime Stoppers program in all county middle and high schools at the beginning of the 2011-12 school year to combat campus crime.

The program enlists the assistance of students in fifth through 12th grade, My Central Jersey reports. Students, parents, teachers and school staff who have information about a crime can anonymously contact Campus Crime Stoppers and pass along the information.

Information can be submitted by phone, text message or form on the program’s Web site.
