Court: Sandusky Won’t Get New Trial

A three-judge Pennsylvania Superior Court panel ruled on Wednesday that former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky should not get a new trial, reports the Associated Press.

Last year, the former 69-year-old coach was sentenced to at least 30 years and perhaps as many as 60 years in prison for sexually abusing 10 boys over a span of 15 years.
