Classes Resume at Penn State After Arrest

CENTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man was arrested Sunday on a warrant and taken to Allegheny County Jail after he posted a message to Twitter indicating he would harm others on the Penn State University-Beaver campus.

Michael Dewight Mollett was arrested without incident, the Sewickley Patch reports. He was charged with making terroristic threats and harassment for a tweet he posted on Oct. 20.

Penn State officials notified students, staff and faculty that classes were to resume at 8 a.m. on Monday. Class had been canceled Friday and campus was closed because of the threat.
