BETHLEHEM, Pa., Lehigh University’s sophomore class president has been arrested for allegedly robbing a bank.
According to police, on Dec. 9, Greg Hogan, 19, passed a note to a teller at a local bank demanding money and saying he had a gun. Authorities say he stole more than $2,500.
Hogan was driven to the location by the university’s student senate president, Kip Wallen. According to Wallen’s lawyer, he had no idea Hogan was going to rob the bank.
Hogan was charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property. He is currently out on $100,000 bail.
