TRENTON, N.J. -Police arrested a Capital Health Regional Medical Center employee after he allegedly threatened to shoot one of his co-workers.
Maintenance worker Santeeno Grant, 25, had a heated exchange with another hospital employee around 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 1. After the argument, Grant left the hospital, but returned a short time later with a shotgun, The Trentonian reports.
Grant then expressed his anger to another co-worker who was not involved in the argument and showed the individual the firearm. Grant then allegedly said he wanted to kill the co-worker involved in the argument.
The threat prompted the other employee to warn the co-worker whom Grant threatened, and the two left the building until Grant was no longer around. The two employees then informed hospital security about the incident.
Grant was arrested when he returned to the hospital without the shotgun.
He is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, two counts of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon.
