Check Out Some of the Highlights from CSC East 2022!

In the session Suicide Prevention for Students of Color: Heartbreaking Lessons Learned, Dr. Ronald Lee, School Outreach Consultant, Colorado Safe School Resource Center spoke about the growing disparity of suicidal behavior when disaggregating the prevalence data by race. He also reviewed the field’s identified risk factors and protective factors of Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, Asian, and Multi-Racial individuals who are struggling with suicide in the United States.

This session will also be presented at Campus Safety Conference Texas and West.
