Three Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) police officers are claiming they were forced to quit after being threatened for exposing possible corruption within the department. The claim suggests Police Chief Kevin Segawa and Cpl. Mark Medina wrongfully terminated the officers, breached contract and breached employer policies.
A tort was filed with Riverside County to give the county an opportunity to resolve the issue.
The Mt. San Jacinto College District is investigation the allegations of misconduct.
