Seven people were arrested after Albany police discovered a suspected hazing initiation while responding to a noise complaint Thursday.
The alleged hazing rituals occurred at an off-campus home near the University of Albany around 1 a.m., reports CBS News.
Police say they saw what appeared to be a sorority initiation at the house, although a University of Albany spokesperson said the sorority was not recognized by the school.

Responding officers said they saw four blindfolded people being forced to eat mud and being covered in rotten eggs, milk and a liquid that smelled like urine. One victim was briefly taken to the hospital for an allergic reaction.
The seven people arrested were all students at the University of Albany. They include Katrina Bergvoy, 19, Heaven Guanco, 19, Monica Vitagliano, 19, Tereyza Martin, 20, Chinzao Ezekwem, 21 and Jessica Raynor, 21.
The university has opened an investigation into the incident to determine if the students violated the code of conduct.
