A seventh person has been arrested in connection with the gang rape of a 15-year-old Richmond High School student. The teenager was allegedly raped outside the school’s homecoming dance on Oct. 23.

John Crane Jr., 43, turned himself in to police after being identified as a suspect in the alleged sexual assault, reports Fox News. Crane is being held on $100,000 bail on suspicion of felony sexual assault, according to the report.

The six other male suspects, ages 15 to 21, pleaded not guilty to their charges of rape.

The girl was allegedly sexually assaulted just outside her high school for more than two hours before police were notified. According to reports, as many as a dozen onlookers watched and recorded the attack on cell phones without reporting it. The girl was later found semi-conscious.
