3 High School Soccer Players Accused of Raping Teammate
PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Three Somerville High School soccer players have been arrested for using a broomstick to rape one freshman player and attempting to rape two other teammates.
The alleged attack occurred Aug. 25 at a team-building retreat, reports the Boston Herald. Galilea Mondol, 17, and two other players who are 16 years old were arrested Friday. All three defendants tried to persuade the victims not to report the incidents to authorities.
