2 Teens Allegedly Plan Colorado School Shooting Spree

DOVE CREEK, Colo.

Two teenagers have been arrested in New Mexico and are suspected of burglary and theft after allegedly planning a shooting spree at a southwestern Colorado high school, according to the Associated Press.

The teens, ages 16 and 19, had allegedly planned to kill the Dove Creek High School principal and later turn their weapons on members of the Dolores County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities reported the recovery of three weapons in New Mexico and seven rifles found at the home of the 16-year-old suspect.
