2 Men Sue Syracuse U. in Sex Abuse Case
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Two men who accused former Syracuse assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting them plan to file a lawsuit against the university.
Bobby Davis and Mike Lang claim they were molested while working as ball boys for the team, USA Today reports. The men are represented by high-profile attorney Gloria Allred, who will hold a press conference Dec. 13 in New York.
Zach Tomaselli, another man who accused Fine of molesting him, is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a teen in Maine.
