Congratulations to UMS-Wright Preparatory School Director of Campus Safety and Security Garrett Humphrey for being named one of this year’s K-12 Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.
Here are some of his notable achievements:

- Retrofitted all campus classroom locks.
- Worked with first responders to develop a more efficient and expedited response procedure to address emergencies during outdoor sporting events.
- Upgraded the school’s PA system from analog to digital, installed new strategically placed PA horns, and incorporated digitally pre-recorded announcements at the touch of a button.
