Johns Hopkins U in Hot Water for Mishandling Alleged Rape
Johns Hopkins University students have filed a federal complaint against the college, claiming that officials violated Clery Act and Title IX laws when it didn’t inform the campus community of a rape that occurred at a Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity party.
