Brown, with help from McGruff, cuts the ribbon on the new Topeka Public Schools Law Enforcement Center. Topeka Police Chief Miller and TPS Superintendent Dr. Ford are present along with members of the Topeka Chamber. The new center rejuvenates a vacant school building while improving training, evidence storage, and administrative space for TPS officers.
