Campus Safety Conference East gave attendees the chance to hear from some of the foremost experts in the campus security field.

We’ve been getting a ton of great feedback from attendees of Campus Safety Conference East, which took place in Philadelphia July 13-14.

Although the vast majority of presentations will be available in their entirety through campussafetyhq.com, we wanted to share this quick recap video to show some presentations that took place.

The video shows our opening ceremonies, which included an introduction by Campus Safety Event Director Amy Reddington, a flag presentation by the University of Pennsylvania Honor Guard and the national anthem, sung by student Amine Sahmoud.

Other notable events at the conference included the presentation of Campus Safety’s Director of the Year Awards, an expert forum on emergency preparedness and various keynotes, breakout sessions and workshops.

Each part of the conference was designed to educate attendees and send them back to their campuses with actionable insights that make their institutions safer.
