Judge: Oikos Suspect Not Fit for Trial
OAKLAND, Calif. – A judge ruled on Monday that a former nursing student who is suspected of opening fire at Oikos University last April is unfit for trial.
One Goh has been suffering from paranoid schizophrenia for several years, reports CBS News.
He is suspected of killing six students and one staff member.
