Security camera system operators can also broadcast live audio along with their security-camera video to describe incident details to responding officers to maximize their situational awareness while in route to the incident.
To address privacy concerns, VidAware lets users control what first responders see and when they see it. When mutual aid agency coordination and response is needed, live video can be easily shared on the fly with other agencies by simply clicking a button that sends a pre-written video-sharing an invitation message with an embedded link to the live video. Optional SMS messaging capability is also available to support silent “we need help” communications.
