Caught in the Act Part 1: Incidents Captured on Security Cameras

These surveillance videos capture actions that range from disastrous to just plain funny.

Every once in a while at Campus Safety (especially on Fridays) we like to lighten things up a bit for our readers. Today we’re taking a page from our sister company Security Sales & Integration’s book and giving you the top incidents caught on surveillance cameras over the past two weeks.

In this edition, video surveillance captured parents setting bad examples for their children by being inconsiderate with the amount of candy they took from unattended bowls of candy while trick-or-treating on Halloween.

Other videos include teenagers smashing fences, a tornado caught on camera and even a man attempting to smuggle a McDonald’s McMuffin over a prison wall for his girlfriend.

Some of the videos are funny, while others are being used as evidence by police to capture criminals.

Feel free to send us along any footage that demonstrates the usefulness of security cameras!
