HAYWARD, Calif. — Police are searching for a missing nursing student from Samuel Merritt University who disappeared while on break from making clinical rounds at the Kaiser Permanente Hayward Medical Center.
Michelle Hoang Thi Le, 26, never returned from the hospital’s parking garage, ABC News reports. Her car was found a few blocks from the hospital on May 28, the day after she went missing.
Police traced Le’s cell phone signal to Oakland, but can no longer pick it up.
